Fishmeal NOR70 is the closest replacement for LT94.

Fishmeal NOR70 is made from the same raw material as LT94. Processed from whole fish (predominately blue whiting) and trimmings.

A light brown to brown fine free flowing granular powder, Fish Meal is produced from chilled raw fish, it is treated at low drying temperatures, maintaining more of the nutritional qualities and Amino Acids, making it far superior to most standard hydrolysate or emulsions. With an oil content of around 11% and a protein content of between 66-70% you can easily understand why this is the way to use Fish based products to enrich your soil. Used to add much needed Nitrogen from Amino Acids, this is an ideal microbe food as well as building block for strong, healthy, colourful plants.
